What data we process and why

The details you send through the enquiry form (name, email, phone, dates, number of guests and message) are used only to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to manage your booking.

Legal basis

Your consent when submitting the form and, if you book, pre-contractual steps and the performance of the accommodation contract (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and for no more than one year. Booking data is kept for the periods required by law.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Email is hosted by Hostinger, acting as data processor. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's privacy policy also applies.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected — enable JavaScript]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
